We were asked to be part of a special show happening in Melbourne on the 11th of Oct. This is a tribute show associated with beyondblue and coincides with Mental Health Week. As you all know, this is a cause we feel strongly about and we were more than stoked to be asked to headline this 7 band bill, especially in Melbourne and with such an awesome lineup. This will be a huge night.
The details are below and on Facebook:

To mark Mel's birthday, we're celebrating the life of one of the most incredible people in this world.
The date coincides with the end of Mental Health Awareness week, so a bunch of musicians and filmmakers and all-round booze-hounds decided to get together to help raise awareness for depression, anxiety and suicide.
Over the past 10 months, these terms have been flung across all our news feeds. Some of us felt helpless. Some of us wanted to help but didn't know how.
The intention of this day is to reach out to people. Show that we're all here if people need us. Share stories of how we've overcome issues in hope to inspire other people to do the same: Speak up.
To mark this event, we've invited a few friends to come join us. Speaking up through music will be:
We Lost The Sea (NSW)
OLD LOVE
The Sinking Teeth
Have/Hold
Heads of Charm
Loose Tooth
Brittle Bones
We've also invited film crew, Gorilla Films to document the event, as well as take interviews for a documentary to be released early next year.
We're seeking volunteers to share their stories publicly, so please feel free to grab hold of any of the film crew if you'd like to share a story.
On top of that, we've also had a collaboration of Ryan Elders and Aaron Reardon to design the poster for us.
Join us and help us make a difference.
All proceeds from the night will be going towards beyondblue.
Excited to announce that we will be opening for Maybeshewill on their Australian tour at the end of this month. We'll be joining our brothers in reverb & delay, Solkyri for this one. AWESOME. Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne! Dates and details here:

We're playing a small instore show at Beatdisc Records in Parramatta to launch the newly arrived Crimea vinyls on the 10th of May with Lo! and Cittagazze. Come down and watch us all try and fit into a 4m sq room.
This show is all ages.
It is a night for coming together as a community and a local music scene to remember and share some laughs and memories of the person he was and what he was passionate about.
The show will also be a fundraiser for the charity beyondblue who provide support for people who suffer any form of depression and anxiety, empowering all Australians, at any life-stage, to seek help. beyondblue raises awareness, reduces stigma and ensures people have access to the information they need to support recovery, management and resilience.
Not a day goes by that we all don't think about him. To pay tribute to Chris we could think of no better way than to get together a bunch of bands full of people that he loved and who loved him.
All proceeds from the show will be donated to beyondblue.
